The church can be visited on the feast of the Assumption, August 15, when a holy mass is celebrated there.
In the park-forest of one of the smallest inhabited islands of theAdriatic, Ošljak, there is a small church of Saint Mary whose foundations date back to the 6th century. The early Christian church was built on the foundations of a former Roman villa. In the 15th century, the church was renovated and got a bell tower.
