Code of conduct in cycling

Cycling is a pleasant activity that is very beneficial in terms of your physical fitness. It also offers you maximum pleasure while you are riding through different areas. To make your ride as pleasant and as safe as possible, always obey the safety rules effective in the Republic of Croatia.
Do not ride on roads and tracks closed for traffic (ask if you are not sure). Avoid trespassing.
Respect the ground you ride on. Ride without affecting the track. Do not leave the route and do not try to search for a new one. Do not cut corners.
Even a moment of distraction can cause problems. Obey all cycling regulations and recommendations.
Signal that you are approaching early enough. A friendly greeting or ringing the bell are kind gestures. Do not scare other people.

All animals are disturbed by an unannounced arrival, a sudden movement or noise. That can be dangerous! Making the cattle move and startling wild animals is a serious misdemeanour. 

Know your equipment, your abilities and the area you are cycling through. Prepare yourself accordingly. Count only on yourself, not on the others.
