The trail called “Stazama Franjevaca i Benidiktinaca” (Following the Footsteps of Franciscans and Benedictines) begins and ends in the village of Kraj. The trail is 7.3 km long and it takes 2:30 h to walk it.
The trail begins next to the Franciscan monastery of St. Domnius with the church, which is on the left of the trail that continues along the promenade to the Tratica bay. The trail then continues to the village of Ugrinić, along the road that leads to the main island road. It goes along the road on the right and follows the sign on the left pointing the way to Ćokovac hill. After turning left, the trail climbs slightly up the hill, following the paved road. When it reaches the first bend on the left side it turns left onto a field path. Following the field path, the trail reaches the top of the hill where there is also the Benedictine monastery of St. Cosmas and Damian.
From the top of the hill, the trail descends along the field path, and when it reaches the foot of the hill it turns right and then continues along the gravel road. The trail continues towards its end – the field path passes between the dry stone walls inside which there are cultivated olive groves, and at the end of the field road the trail reaches the old hamlet of Kraj. The trail crosses the main island road, descends to the intersection between the villages of Kraj and Ugrinić, turns left and continues on the same path on which it started.
