The Church of Our Lady of Seven Sorrows is located on Kalvarija hill in the very centre of Tkon. The church originates from the 18th century and it is an imitation of an older Church of St. Anthony the Hermit situated in Tkon originating from the 17th century.
The church has a square shape with a flat apse, a flat facade with two small windows, an oculus, an open wooden roof and a double bell-gable with two bells. There are semicircular windows at the level of the presbytery, and a baroque marble altar on the back wall. A staircase with 101 stone steps (skaline) with the Stations of the Cross on one side, and a paved stone path on the other (north) side will take you to the church. There is a plateau surrounded by a stone wall around the church. The hill top offers a magnificent view of Tkon and the islets in the Pašman Channel.
