The trail is 11.6 km long and begins in the centre of Tkon, follows the paved road towards the Bartovica bay and then it continues along the main road to Zaklopica bay. It passes further along Jakovljev vrh (Jacob’s hill) on a macadam road and continues to the Straža viewpoint, which offers a fantastic and breath-taking view of the surrounding area. There is a viewpoint built on a rocky peak at the altitude of 172 m. It is offers a view of the Kornati Archipelago, Vransko jezero, Ravni kotari and the Velebit mountain range.

The trail continues over the peak of Prvenj, which is also the highest peak in the municipality of Tkon, and continues towards the Ćokovac hill, where the Benedictine monastery of St. Cosmas and Damian is located. It is the only Benedictine male monastery in the Republic of Croatia and a centre of study of the Glagolitic alphabet and nursery of literacy and culture for centuries.

The trail continues towards the village of Ugrinić, and then along the coast towards the centre of Tkon.
