Neviđane developed in the central part of the island of Pašman, along the edge of the fertile Neviđane field, a bit further away from the sea. The cultural and historical complex of Neviđane was built in the period from the 18th to the 20th century. This central part belongs to the street-based village type developed along the main road through the village, with courtyards densely grouped around it. The courtyards are separated by narrow streets (kaleta) that join the main road. The courtyards were built by members of a certain family, so they were named after surnames, e.g. Medićev dvor, Škrokov dvor, Ribić, Krivić. The houses were usually one or two storey buildings with gable roofs. The fronts of the houses would face the sunny and street side. At the end of the village there is a square called Koledišće.
The protected old stone centre of Neviđane is a witness of ancient times when houses were built exclusively of stone, which is a valuable example of the traditional residential and farm building architecture.
