The trail called Od mora do mora (From the Sea to the Sea) is 18.9 km long and it takes 1:30 h to ride it from the beginning to the end.

The trail begins in Pašman and runs to Semić vrh. It passes through the village of Pašman, along the beach of Jasenice to the main island road where it turns left towards the village of Kraj. Soon, the trail turns right off the main island road onto the gravel road that leads to the southern side of the island, to the bay of Soline and then to the bay of St. Anthony, where the medieval site of Otus is also the location of the church of St. Anthony the Hermit. The trail then continues to the foot of Semića peak, continues to the old hamlet of Mrljane and passes by the church of St.  Anthony of Padua. It runs through the fields and olive groves to the main island road.

After crossing this road, the trail follows the paved road through the village of Mrljane, to the cove of Taline and through the hamlet of Barotul to the cove of Lučina in Pašman. There, it passes by the church dedicated to the Birth of the Blessed Virgin Mary and after about 600 meters reaches its starting point.
